1. Limitations of use
The Company authorizes you to access the Site and the contents of the Site, including but without limitation to, the images, text, audio and video ('the Content'). You may not use in any manner or for purposes such as copying, distributing, modifying, transmitting, reusing, reposting or using the Content of the Site without the Company’s express written consent, except as specified herein. Use of the Site unauthorized by the Company may constitute a violation of copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of portrait or privacy and publicity, and other laws and regulations. 

2. Intellectual properties, including trademark rights and copyright
All names, trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the 'Trademarks') in the Content and the Site, unless otherwise specified, are owned or used under license (including copyright and trademark rights) by the Company or its affiliates. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use the Content or the Trademarks. The unauthorized use of the Content or the Trademark is strictly prohibited without the express written consent by the Company or the licenser (in the case where the Company holds the license to use).

3. Warranty of the Content
The Company will exercise reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, but disclaim any and all responsibility and will not provide guarantees as to propriety, accuracy, non-infringement of a third party’s rights or compatibility to any specific purpose. The Company shall not guarantee security, and will not be liable for any damages arising from access to the Site (e.g. that the site is free from error, computer viruses or cessation of software operation). 

4. Indemnity
The Company and the parties related to the Site shall not be liable for any damages or costs resulting from your access to and use of the Site. It is expressly specified that your access to and use of the Site be at your own responsibility and risk. 

5. With regard to link sites
The Company shall not authorize you to link the Site to any website without notification, and has not reviewed and is not involved with any sites linking to the Site and linked from such a site ('the Link Site'). 6. Reciprocation to enquiries

7. With regard to our products
The products of the Company for which information is provided on the Site may not be made available or ordered through the Site. The Content of the Site is prepared on the basis of information on the products of the Company in Japan, including with regard to regulatory approval. Therefore, some of the information in the Site may not apply and/or may not be appropriate in countries outside of Japan. It is your responsibility to verify approval status and details in the country where the product is to be used. 

8. Revision of the Content and conditions of use
The Company reserves the right to alter the Content, suspend, discontinue or terminate to provide the products referred to in the Site, and withdraw the Site at any time without prior notice. The Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages resulting from these alternations, suspensions, discontinuations, termination of products, or of withdrawal of the Site.

9. Governing law and the court of first instance
Regardless of the differences of laws and regulations in any countries where the access to the Site is possible, the Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Japan. Any dispute, controversy and/or difference that may arise in connection with the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court, in Osaka, Japan as the court of first instance.
